Subject: Request for Data Mining services

Hi Uwe, I hope you’re doing well.

A client has requested that we include data mining services in our proposal. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer these services from the Spain office, as we currently do not have specialized staff in this area.

Could you please let me know whether your team in Berlin would be in a position to provide these services and participate in the project? This kind of collaboration between sections is a usual practice in our company.

I have attached a document with the client’s specifications for your review. We would appreciate your urgent response, as any delay could jeopardize the contract (or put the contract at risk).
